Otes is prescribed to help prevent recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) in adult females who are not able to conceive and have a history of frequent fungal infections. It can be used alone or alongside fluconazole, depending on the treatment plan. The medication works by inhibiting the growth and reproduction of yeast or fungal organisms.

✔️ Dosage & Administration:
Take exactly as prescribed. Swallow the capsule whole—do not chew, crush, or open it. Always take with food.
Option 1: Oteseconazole Alone
Day 1: 600 mg (single dose)
Day 2: 450 mg (single dose)
Day 14 onwards: 150 mg once weekly for 11 weeks (Weeks 2–12)
Option 2: With Fluconazole
Days 1, 4, 7: Fluconazole 150 mg daily
Days 14–20: Oteseconazole 150 mg daily
From Day 28 onwards: Oteseconazole 150 mg once weekly for 11 weeks (Weeks 4–14)
